Can I make payments after surgery?

This plan requires all payments to be complete before your surgery.

How much do I have to pay to reserve a surgery date?

Deposits range from $1,500 to $3,000 depending on the surgery being performed.

Can I pay my plan off early to get a sooner surgery date?

Absolutely! Reschedules are subject to scheduling availability.

My quote says it is only valid for 30 days. Will my price change if I book my surgery in a year from now?

This payment option will preserve your quote, minus any discounted or limited-time specials.

Can I change the surgery that is planned?

​

Yes, as long as we have enough notice. Please see Surgery Cancellation and Reschedule Policy.

What happens if I am no longer a candidate for my planned surgery?

We will apply your balance toward your new procedure.

Is my payment plan refundable if I change my mind? 

​

If a surgery has not been scheduled, the amounts may be refundable minus the transaction fees.  If the surgery has been scheduled, it may be refundable minus the deposit. Please see the Surgery Cancellation and Reschedule Policy.  Absolutely no refunds will be made to a business account, or an account that does not personally belong to you.
